Deck Gun Help ?
 

When I try to fire deckgun at 500 yds or less it won't fire. It's maned with expert crew. Doesn't matter battlestations or just manned deckgun.

Is there away to be able to fire at a steeper down angle at closer range ?

500 yards is the minimum range marked on the DG sights it is possible to fire at ranges below that. You have to zoom out of the telescopic sight until you just have the red crosshairs then you can depress the gun enough for sub 500 yds ranges. Don't zoom back in again or the game will automatically reset you at 500yds. You have to do all this manually though the AI gun crew will only fire at 500yds range.

Hi and Thx mrbeast. I am manually fireing deckgun and useing red crosshairs. This is close range at night with no moon so I need deck fire on ship to site in and must get close. When I get close deckgun won't fire.

Anyone else ?
