(REL) Arctic Camouflage Type VIIC
Below is an Arctic camouflage for the Type VIIC. It is designed for GWX 1.03. I have not seen any photos of a U-boat that used this paint scheme. However, the Royal Navy used it for some of their submarines, and I've adapted it as best I can.

This is JSGME-ready. Download: http://files.filefront.com/Arctic+Ty.../fileinfo.html |
Downloading now. I like it:up:

Thanks.
What I'd love to figure out is how to skin a different conning tower for each of the types of tower upgrades you can get. As you add various platforms on the wintergarten and extend the length of the conning tower, different parts of the same file are used and what might look good on an early VIIC with a single platform looks ugly on a late-model VIIC with multiple platforms. This wasn't quite what I wanted, but it was the best compromise I could find. If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know! |
She's pretty. Don't let JC see it. He has issues with blue!
Joking JC. just joking:up: |
Super camo - just super camo.

Good looking!!!
I will give it a try as soon as my career moves to the arctic battlefield. I want to see how this scheme will blend in with icebergs or norwegian fjords in snow :D
