[REQ] sinking ship sounds
 

is it possible that this can be imported from SH3? that sounds so much better that what was done for SH4. gotta have that eerie squeel:cool:

I have those same sounds, unless it's from the RFB mod I'm useing:hmm:

i would also like some better sinking sounds, heck, beter sounds all together for most things in sh4, maybe a mod for someone to create:hmm:

Adding new sound effect's and adjusting what is available will be a lot easier for Moder's and people who want to do it.

We just have to wait for the next release and I am sure we will see a lot more new things for the game.

so it's not simply a matter of taking what's in SH3 and putting it in SH4:-?

but you have to make sure they match what is set up in this game for name's in use for now. Other wise you have to do an entire linking process from where the sound effect is used to how it is set up in the Sound folder control's.

So in the mean time just make sure they have the same name of what your replacing for sound's and not too big in length because there seems to be a problem with sound files that are too long.

We added the screaming crew sound effect in our mod ROW for the Collisions and what not and it is cool when the life boat's are being hit by a sinking ship and in the explosions for the ships.
