Arg! Crew Down!

Ok, I have a major problem that always happens to me late in my career. Sometimes when I am submerged attacking a convoy in the open Atlantic or docked ships in a harbor and when I'm done attacking, move out to safe area and surface my crew will all of a sudden die. Sometimes I'll only lose one crew member (usually in the watch tower), sometimes all of them. Before anybody says that I hit a mine, I've also noticed this problem when I've surfaced for 10 secs or so. Also if I have multiple saves over a 60 sec period this problem will cascade down to some of my earlier saved games. What gives??? Do I have a corrupt file? Also I'm using GWX.

The zon files were never addressed when alterations were made to the conning towers in an earlier version....they are now good to go in the next GWX release

Just on a side note Brotebjo, did you know that when a crew member dies if/when you surface the U-boat (enure no enemy are around :88)) if you right click on the dead crew member he will disappear ;). This I suspose represents a sea burial .

Nothing worse then have a decomposing body in the hot sweaty hull of your U-boat :x

Ya I read that somewhere recently...someone had created a mod that enables burial music when you right click on one of your dead crew members...thanks for your input though!:D

Can you give me a link to that mod??? I want to make an animation that shows the dead being buried at sea and I need some key information from the mod you speak of.

does anybody have a work around to this bug until GWX 1.4? Otherwise I might have to edit my files and move up the date of the XXI...
