9/11: What to post in memorian?
 

I didn't want this day to pass without seeing someone here at SubSim recalling the events that took place only 6 years ago.

I didn't want to post any of what seem to be hundreds of pics and videos of that day. I cannot bear looking at them.

But I did find this:

In 9/11 remembrance, a turning to good deeds.

That seems right on the spot.

UPDATE: The article does not mention Partners In Kindness, which I've known about for years already. In memory of Shoshana Greenbaum.

This day last year myself and a friend sat by the 9/11 Memorial Labyrinth for a while, some sort of meditation I guess.

For somebody accusing others of being childish, you don't half do a fair amount of sweeping name calling yourself, not just contained to this thread but there are other examples and other individuals who have been rubbed up the wrong way by you.... and yes, I am rubbed up the wrong way since you told me you'd like to cut off peoples hands who take ridiculous things seriously... so why not practice what you preached to me... There's a difference between taking ridiculous things claimed as truth seriously, versus misunderstanding when someone is joking in the first place.
