I Got Bombed By A Zero!!!!!!!!!
 

I was running surfaced and got a radar contact. I didn't believe that on it's present course it would see me, so I stayed on the surface. Low and behold it seen my from some ungodlike distance and came full throttle. My AA men fought off the first attack valiantly and I decided that this zero was to be no threat. He did a Uey and came back, I thought ok another gun run, no problem. Then all of a sudden Bombs drop off of his wings, they pretty much sunk me. Anyway for those of you neh-sayers I have video to back up my claim, and will send it too you if you want to see it.
Is this not something that could be fixed in a mod??

Not only bombs, but it carries 3000lbs of bombs. That's more than 10X what it was capable of holding!

A quick mod that changes the IJNAF bomb loads to historical values. That means no bombs at all for the Zero.

Wow i have never had that happen yet. But rest assured it will but thanks for posting how to fix that.

The zeros are more dangerouse than the big flying boats.

in place of the huge bombs the zeros should have an external tank, considering the range the bastard is from base.

It could have been carrier based.

The thing is as the OP said it 'appeared' as though on its present course they would never spot me. Problem is they ALWAYS spot you.
