If they have no rain gear and its raining rotate the watch crew and they will put on rain gear:up:

The rainsuit wind limit is the same thing as the gun limit. Just change your sub.ini file which is in your data submarine folder

Go to: C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\GWXv103orSH3etc.\data\Submarine\NSS_ Uboat7c or whatever boat your using

Open up the NSS_Cfg fle (using Notepad) and alter the StormConditions to a much higher figure eg:99
