Sondgrandomizer
 

Is there a special Sondgrandomizer mod made esp. for SH IV? I cannot get the one I have to work. I placed it in the SH folder then made a shortcut to put on the desktop & still it will not work? There is no picture of it in the game . I have no way of turning on the grammaphone. Any suggestions? Please help. I have even uninstalled & re installed the game.

Before starting SH4, you have to start the songrandomizer, it automatically randomize all the songs in the grammophone Folder. Now with the songrandomizer you start sh4.

Thats all.

You will "not" notice the songrandomizer during playing SH4. SH4 denied the access to the Grammophone Folder, so that the songrandomizer can only work before loading SH4.

But - strangely enough - the radio does randomise songs in the radio station folder (the folder with the station's name - not the events folder within it.)

so where is the on button for the grammaphone? Sorry I guess I am just dumb or something. MRS HRG

Please put the songrandomizer in the sh4 Main Folder.............

then start Songrandomizer.exe, it will automatically randomize the files in the GRAMMOPHONE Folder (not in the radio Folder).....

then push the "START SH4" Button, this start SH4 and closes the Songrandomizer.

The Songrandomizer will NOT WORK during playing SH4 because SH4 denied the access on the Grammophone Folder, and therefore the songrandomizer will get an failure message.

(Look on above image - two different start of Songrandomizer, at in the songwindow you will see different list of sorted songs in the GRAMMOPHONE Folder)

I push the image picture & it brings up a screen that looks like a piece of blank film that has a red X on center of the bottom of that screen where the grammaphone picture used to be. The player buttons that were on the grammaphone are not there anymore either. I have ran it from the desktop & started SH 4 from there. Mrs. HRG

???, sorry but i do not understand ?? Do you mean the songrandomizer or the grammophonebutton in SH4 ?? :doh:

The songrandomizer.exe can not be started from the desktop. It should be copied in the SH4 Main Folder. Otherwise it will not find the correct grammophone folder.

I mean gramaphone button to start the music in the grammaphone.I am sorry I am confusing you, I am too.

if not - try to disable all the mods you have installed, maybe one of them has corrupted your grammophone graphic data.
