[REL] Akitsu Maru Rudder Fix
 

I took the liberty of JSGMEing this puppy since others have noticed the problem, but not the mod. I had NOTHING to do with it, it was all Jace11, but a few people have spotted it, and it might have been missed since it was never in a [REL] thread that I know of:

Akitsu's rudder is not connected to the ship in stock SH4. This mod replaces the dat and attaches the rudder.

I don't see what the big deal is, my rudder has been disconnected for years and it never bothered me any.

Compatible with TM I believe (doubt ducimus messed with the dat of a plane ferry, lol).

All I did was chuck it in the right folder combo and zip it up. Jace11 did the work.
