[TEC] Modifying the available date of the decoy launcher
 

Is there a way to do this? I'd like to mod it show it shows up at a more reasonable date, such as sometime in 1945.

Based on that, I'm going with an available date of 1 April 1945 and a renown cost of 500.

I saw it in either BLair or Roscoe in a chapter about Nov/Dec 1944. I'll see what I can find. I think Wolfpack might mention it as well.
