Where should the file NAME.cfg be located in sh4?

Do a search in the parent directory of SH4 and you'll have your answer. :yep:

Err not what i meant i know where it is but where should it be I dont think it is in the right folder

This file should be here --> \Data\Roster\names.cfg

Funny thing that it is in my DATA/SEA directory then should I move it?

Yes, I think you should move it. Or better copy it just to be sure.
