[TEC] SH3Cmdr and GWX
 

Hi,
Yet again I need help. Does sh3cmdr 2.7 already have the correct cfg files for GWX and GWX 1.03 expansion pack? I am going to try using GWX again,following closely the instructions as its just too good not to. Is it possible to disable the extra searchlights on convoys being attacked at night?This was putting a strain on my video card,I think. Many thanks in advance.

SH3Cmdr does not have the extra GWX Cfg files. You need to download them from the GWX Site yourself. You can also click on the link under my signature to get them. If you're affraid for the speed and graphics performance try using the Little Harbour mod. It removes the Harbour traffic, so your Graphics card should be OK with that.

And something else, you can allways speed up your system by eliminating some unusefull programs that work along with the game in the same time, gain more RAM, and twick your graphic card or change it set up parameters. By the way melnibonian is an expert, try to do as he adviced you first :yep: .

It can also help if you have the most recent updated drivers for your graphics card.
If you know the make etc., try checking on the manufactureres website. (99% of cards are either ATi or NVidia based)
