I was planning on getting the new GWX all I herd was that it was coming out but I havn't herd any details does any body know anything about it.

GWX is already out... the latest version (version 1.04) which is supposed to include new units, new graphic upgrades and many many more goodies is coming soon.

but GWX version 1.03 is out and available for download now.

you can always use GWX 1.03 now and upgrade to the new 1.04 version when it is released

does anyone know when the next update post is expected. I enjoy reading these and imagining the great 1.04

Download GWX 1.03 in the meantime if you haven't already.

question.....will the next version be more demanding cpu-wise than the current one? I am asking as im already experiencing low FPS when in the conningtower or at periscope station.

Mowgli... as far as im aware beta testing is going on right now. I would imagin a completed project should be available fairly soon... i dont know when... but as the Kpt would say "ready when its ready"

You have a great group of modders who want to turn out as high end a product as possible, making sure everything works right/stability is their top priority.

given that the GWX 1.04 update is in or near its final stages the guys who usually post the sneak peak threads are already jumping through flaming hoops.

Your optimism is good and keeps these dedicated individuals encouraged :up:

I don't want GWX v 1.04 anytime soon. Still far too busy enjoying 1.03 and haven't even got to 1944 yet!

My humble opinion - just immerse yourself in 1.03. It's well worth it.
