[TECH] HELP for using JSGME with pics
 
OK OK heres how I use JSGME

First download it to your desktop....

then install to C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific

then you should see something like the following

then open the mods folder

then

hopes this helps for those who are having problems...not knowing how to us JSGME...trust me USE IT it will save you problems....

I have been going nuts trying to get JSGME to work with SH4. Worked fine with SH3 so I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong.

At one point, out of frustration, I discarded JSGME and installed the mods directly. They worked then but I just couldn't relax with that. I just KNEW it had to be some simple little thing. I was right!

As soon as I saw your post, I looked in the mods folders themselves and GADZOOKS!!! Lo and behold, there was the problem.

I'm not a newbie to SH3 or 4 nor to modding and this is a good example to show that even the 'veterans' can occasionally overlook the simplest of things.

Thanks for getting me straightened out. Everything's working just fine now, and that's WITH JSGME I might add!
