Moving torpedoes possible?

Hi all,

In SH3 you could transfer torpedoes from aft to forward and vice versa. Is there a way to do that in SH4?

please tell me how to do that in SH3, and I will tell you how to do that in sh4.

You can do that only when you're in port (because they could use the cranes on the shore).

You can't do that while at see because it would mean rotating the torpedoes (and since a torpedo is very long (6 meters) and very heavy (1 and 1/2 tons), it was actually impossible).

I remember this but think in SHIII besides the one's stored in the aft compartment you had 2 stored on the outside which you could transfer to either bow or aft compartments and had to be surfaced to do so.

This what you mean?

In SHIV you don't have outer stored torpedoes so you can't transfer any from aft to bow.

Yes, the german subs had external torpedo reserves.

The american subs didn't have them, so ...
