My Morale Officer has a special request for me
 

My morale officer is Bayerischer and keeps making requests for some good German weinfest/beer hall music. Does anyone have any? (I'm running GWX -- not sure if that makes any difference with the gramophone.)

(He also finds it annoying when I whistle "Rule Brittania" as I watch another C2 Cargo ship sporting the British ensign go to the bottom...)

On our boat All Over the Place is the song de rigueor after a sinking. My crew form a conga line and dance to it. :D

i dont play anything cause i know that brave sailors are going down to a watery grave

Der Koniggratzer is a good tune to go into and out of port on.

My Morale Officer is threatening to call the BdU IG on me if I can't get some good weinfest/bierhalle musik!

Routine on my boat is to then lookfor the next target, all the time whsilting U-Boat Lied.

Only when they have worked their fingers to the marrow do I let them do the conga through the ship!

Check out Project Gutenberg. Its an ebook iniative. Its got quite a few old music recordings whose copyright has expired and are available to download. Not sure if there are any beerhall songs but I got a few marches and jazz songs for my gramaphone there.

"Throw my ball, AGAIN!!!"

And so on....
