Weather Change Observed (picture heavy)
Because of TC, we seldom see a weather transition from good to bad or viceversa.
This is the third time I see a change (always from good to bad). This was quite dramatic. When I surfaced to attack a small freighter with the deck gun, It was a sunny day with a calm sea with less than 5 kts of wind. 5 minutes later, I had put 12 rounds into the ship and noticed the light had changed and visibility was dropping (screenie #1) http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o...e/fsscr932.jpg After a quick 360 degree scan of the sky, wind is picking up--clouds are moving in--fast! http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o...e/fsscr934.jpg visibility dropping, seas building up http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o...e/fsscr936.jpg About a minute later: http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o...e/fsscr937.jpg http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o...e/fsscr938.jpg By now my gun crew had abandoned the deck gun and were on the bridge, wearing foulies and looking busy playing lookouts :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: |
wait - look closely. isnt that God's boat you just attacked?

I had an interesting weather experience last night. The weather changed about 3 times in the space of 36 hours game time. No weather mods just GWX and one or two on top of that. Went from dead calm and clear to windy (14Kmps) and clear to overcast and windy and then back to clear and calm. Beats the hell out of 15 day storms anyway. Sorry no screenies either.

Very nice pictures! I only saw some rain changes once.
