Career mode
 

How can I set up a career using customized realism settings? The only options are easy, medium, diffult, etc. I really don't want to play where I have to calculate the firing solutions yet I want fuel consumption, etc., enabled. Even on the medium setting you are required to manually calculate the firing solution and frankly that just saps the fun factor...

I think you just click on what you want and apply.

In the office there is a radio on the upper left shelf. Click it to open gamplay options. Customize settings for that career there.

Make sure you adjust the options to your liking every time you start a new career. It changes to a default based on your overall difficulty selection in the career setup screen but you can go in and adjust to your liking.
