Cant patch sh3
 

Hi
Just installed SH3. Downloaded patches from the UBI site (1.1-1.2 & 1.3)
Tried to install them in order. I get an error message thet says cant install: de_menu.txt:unkown version

Anyone see this before? Any way around it?
I uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens.

Any suggestions?

You don't need to patch them all, just the latest that takes you to 1.4b. You have a U.S. version, are the patches the same, meaning for that version.

I figured out the problem, I wasnt using the proper patch. The correct one is (for me anyway )is the us version DOH! Its patched up to 1.04b
Now the next little problem is that I try to install the GWX mod and goes ok untill I hit "Install" and thats were it says that setup needs disc 1
I had this installed before and dont remember this problem.
Any thoughts?

That's a strange one, usually it has to do with version errors, not a message regarding a disc, at least that has been my experience. Give me a few on this.

I am sure others will have something to offer, perhaps one of the GWX Crew.
