Can't Change Flak Gun Ammo!!
 

i ABSOLUTELY cannot change my flak gun ammo! it's stuck on AP at all times...i've tried double clicking the other ammo, i've tried the patches, i've tried different keys all over the keyboard, yet i'm still stuck with never being able to change my ammo! does anyone know how to fix this? and yes, i DO wait until i have manned the gun before i try to change the ammo on it. i don't know what to do, it makes me want to quit playing this game with all these random little bugs!! thanks for any and all help!!!

as far as i can remember the 20mm only has AP rounds, while the 37mm has a selection.

20mm guns only fired AP rounds
37mm used AP and AA

Neither of them fired SS or HE

thanks for the replies!!! the help is VERY appreciated! when do the 37mm guns become available? it's hard shooting down the planes with the AP...is it any better witht he AA? thanks!

The first 37mm is available when you get either the IX sub or the U-flack config (VII-4 conning tower) for the VII sub. Sugest you upgrade to the 37mm to a automatic as soon as possible as the standard issue 37mm is pathetic!

The twin 37mm flak is the deadliest AA in the game :arrgh!:
