upgrades
 

hey guys, im in the u-boat screen, how on earth do i get a new u-boat/upgrades (theres no buy button), also does it say anywhere how many spare torps you can have?

i know this is a total newb question but please help me out (yes i did search around a bunch before asking a question like this)

Not sure what you're asking for. What do you mean by "new u-boat/upgrades"?

Your torpedo loadout is as specified in the "Submarine" screen - accessed from the main "Office" screen

go to the U-boat screen by pressing near the chair in the room.
Then chose the various sections, which will show you what's available at the time.
You will get a full load of torpedoes automatically, If you want more electric T-2s you have to select them one by one.

Early on there aren'r many upgrades, but the one you do need is improved hydrophones. Get that right away.

i can see 3 types of u boats, how do i get a different one (after selecting it)

i can see the IIA the IID and the VIIB, and i have enough renoun to get any of them, but there dosen't seem to be a "Purchase" button or anything, no way of switiching from my current sub to a new one

I think it's as simple as a double left click on the U-Boat you want in the list to the left of the screen.
