Plotting manual and tools
 

I have had a few recent requests for pdf files of Wazoo's plotting manual, and a few other plotting files (none of which are mine). These are pdf files and should open with Adobe. There is an included 7z exe file

Irish, the file "manuel targeting" has no extension. It turns out to be a pdf file.
Maybe you should at the ".pdf" to the file name.

My stupid computer doesn't add the pdf extension for some reason. I added it to the file name, but apparently it didn't take.
I'll reupload it when I have time.
