While playing Silent Hunter III. I enjoyed SHIII Commander very much, I would like to try to influence the creation of a SHIV Commander program.

That program was sweet stuff. Very Nice. Very.

I enjoyed it so much I am very much missing it now.

Would love to have it.

It is more of a third party app., not a mod. By the way, it is still being worked on, has not been released.
