Request campaign mod for version 1.3
Is there a mod that does something to make the campaign missions better? I've had several repeated missions in the stock 1.3 campaign using RFB 1.31 and I'd like to have more variety.. and maybe someone can remove that worthless cruise to the Marshall Islands too at the start of the war from Pearl Harbor?

My only advice is to reverse engineer Ducimus' Trigger Maru repeated missions fix and integrate it into your own 1.31 RFB mod for your personal use.

And if TM isn't your thing, my campaign (though a WIP) is better than stock (if I say so myself).

Don't be shy Tater, yours is a huge improvement

tater, does your campaign layers work with RFB 1.3?
|
yes, I would like to try your campaign. Does it work for RFB 1.31? Trigger Maru is not my thing.
|
I think it could right now, bando is. I added beery's campaign start, partially because I'm used to it, partially because more dates make testing easier.
My plan was to make a RFB compliant version at some point though. |
So where can I get this?
|
I've been busy all day to incorporate all the mods I like into 1 supermod. It's a huge undertaking, but for me it's worth it. I used the new campaign layers of Tater as the last add-on, so all there will overwrite (after a thorough check) the stuff from other mods.
All in all it works like it should. I'm quite happy.:yep: To be clear, when having RFB installed, its save to JSGME Tater's mod over it and ignore the warning. Just be sure Tater's mod is the last one...... Hope this helps, and to answer the thread starter, yes this makes the campaign a lot more challenging..... |
But where can I get Tater's mod???????

Note that I have done very little work yet on the patrol objectives. What you will find more variable are the targets themselves. Instead of a zillion convoys with 6-8 ships and 4 DDs, you'll find a wide array of possible merchant/escort combos. tater |
