Despite the bloody awful crew you people have provided me with, thanks to my superior seamanship skills, great leadership ability and superb cunning, the patrol is doing well. Cook has learned how to make Kartofel Pfan Kuchen a la Balz. In between meals we have sunk 1 large tanker, 1 large freighter, 7 small freighters with a total of 40,000 BRT.

While I'm annoying the Royal Navy, it would be nice if you people would get off your duffs and tell Fat Boy to send some airplanes this way, the weather is good for flying and they could tell us where the ships are.

I still have 4 torpedoes left so I will diddle around here for a bit before returning to Willi and gracing you with my delightful company.

I can imagine everything,but not the picture showing the Tonnage King of Subsim in a Type VII.There is just not enough fish for you in a work horse,Kaleun. :lol:

Waaal, there was this convoy full of baadaasses in late '42. 5 destroyers came and after several hours of nastiness put an end to the Bucher carreer.

So, we now have the charming Otto Balz, :roll: who will become totally umberable (I'm afraid) if he get's over a 100K tonnes on his first patrol. 74,151 sunk to date, 3 torpedoes left. :rock:

Still using GWX, 84 % realism.

U-53 returning to base, one torpedo left. 110,000 BRT sunk. You may also inform my dear Fuhrer that I sank a Nelson in his honour with only one torpedo.:smug:
While the mighty and poweful British battleship settled into the eternal depths, we stood at attention and sang: Sinking for Hitler and Germaneeee . . .:D

I suggest you rustle up a few medals you may find lying about and bring them over to the dock for our triumphal arrival in Wilhelmshaffen.

Some of my colleagues have been complaining about the food. Maybe you should remind them of Marie Antoinette's famous words. (Do I get a medal for snitching?)
