Hull Integrity - SH4
 

Any way to tell hull integrity during a mission? I must have gotten some damage during an attack and when I tried to dive over 125 ft it was curtains. Any help greatly appreciated.

If your bulk head was damaged it weakens the hull of the entire ship. Even if its "fixed" the boat is still weakened so its best not to push it too much. If I can help it I won't dive at all if the hull has been breached. Last time it happened my team fixed it and then when I went to periscope depth I sank like a brick!

I'd get out of combat, some place relatively safe... where, in real life, I wouldn't mind taking a sailor and sending him over the side to take a good look at damage.

Save the game, quit SH4, install the Damage Analyzer, and take a look at the damage. It's not the most convienent solution, but it's decent.
