Load camera.dat tweakfile, scroll to categorie radioroom_Radar and change CameraParams_AngularAngle to about 40 (you'll probably will adjust it a few times to suite your own taste). Next scroll one categorie down to item Radioroom_Radar_Ascope and change CameraParams_angularangle to 40 again. Load the game and look how it suites you. The smaller the number, the closer you are.
