Merchants skins

If I remember right, there was not long ago, a pack of skins for the merchants, I just looked in the skins section but I can't find it. My big problem is that I can't remeber the name... something like military mod..... help, please!!! :cry:

I've got here a 164MB Combined Skin Pack for GWX which came along (but sperately) with it. Perhaps you mean this ? I think I remember that it includes historical skins for warships and merchants which change relatively to the current (game time) date.
