The USS Cod is the only un-altered Gato class submarine in the world. There are no holes cut out of the pressure hull for easy tourist-access, all the other museum boats in existance have this. Visitors have to climb down the same way as the crew did some 60 years ago. That makes Cod unique. What is also unique is that the boats inner spaces are 'open', no acrylic walls hindering the view. So one can actually sit in the wardroom, where sixty years ago the officers would sit. If you want to have a look and feel .... www.usscod.org ============================= Note ============================= You can redistribute and/ or modify Submarine Instruments after your liking, just include some credit if you intend to include it in your project. Submarine Instruments was made in the hope that it will enhance the SH4 experience, but WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. 2007 Oak_Groove Walkaround through a Porpoise Class: http://img412.imageshack.us/img412/4...0325od2.th.jpg http://img216.imageshack.us/img216/7...5349ip3.th.jpg http://img265.imageshack.us/img265/6...8931ld5.th.jpg http://img487.imageshack.us/img487/9040/7agm2.th.jpg http://img410.imageshack.us/img410/8...8099qa4.th.jpg http://img177.imageshack.us/img177/4...4204uj0.th.jpg http://img177.imageshack.us/img177/710/10hs5.th.jpg http://img216.imageshack.us/img216/743/12ha9.th.jpg http://img54.imageshack.us/img54/9628/15ou7.th.jpg Recognition Manual http://img509.imageshack.us/img509/6194/rec2ua0.th.jpg Periscope http://img174.imageshack.us/img174/1232/perixz6.th.jpg Deck Gun http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/2...kgunia1.th.jpg |

Hi-res is what will make this game superb :p
Fantastic mod !!!! p.s. Will this mod work with TM ? |
Hi Oakgrooves,
Been buzy to import this wonderfull stuff to the "supermod" I've been making for myself. During this proces I noticed something odd. The SI Interior kit installs to: data\textures\tnormal I think it should be in : data\textures\tnormal\tex Also, in the recognition mod, the sea folder should (imho) be in the data folder Can you confirm?? |
Looks great - will be installing this weekend.
|
TY fellow Kaleun's - hope you enjoy it! :yep:
@ Bando, Bummer.. thanks for pointing out! I'm in the process of re-uploading the package. Unless confident with manual installation, i'd suggest everyone waiting for an updated link. @ FooFighters I'm not familiar with the latest Trigger Maru build (1.3?). No .cfg or .dat files were altered in SI - just textures. AFAIK TM incoorporates graphical mods, so there is a chance it will conflict. @Captain Cox, you probably noticed that i went for the Torpedo Room panel - I couldn't get the CT panel to look and work as intended. Did you have some success in the meantime? |
Is the recognition manual the same 512x256 that I am working with, or is it higher res? I'm having some issues with the graphics and higher res would make it easier (using real ONI graphics)

Superb work, though I knew it was coming ages ago....:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
