Bernard is the best crewmember I've ever had on my sub ! He's fantastic ! I know it would be difficult for me and my crew without him, but we'd be more than happy to transfer him to YOUR Uboat if you want ! An experience with Bernard aboard is an experience to be treasured for a LIFETIME !!!

Bernard is the one crewmember who drops the wrench when DDs are hunting us. Every boat has a Bernard. hahaha

bernard is the best to use as torpedo ;)
stuff him with gas and gun powder. then fire him from the torpedo tube (forward or stern doesnt matter) and he'l just swim back after a hit with another ship :o

You know what would be interesting ? A Bernard mod to pop into GWX. Maybe make it so every ship you get has Bernard on board and make random things go wrong at JUST THE RIGHT moments. Some of this is possible with the sabotage setting in Silent Hunter Commander, but I'm sure there's more Bernard fun that may be able to be added somehow.
