Ship Sizes 'n Scale
 

Its probably just me but does anyone else get the impression that the ships don't seem as big as you would expect them to be ? I mean, i've been on the Ark Royal and it was huge....even the destroyer HMS Sheffield looked massive.

Yet when i'm in SHIV and I sail past one, I get the impression they're not that big. Are they modeled to scale, or rather to a scale relative to my viewing angle and surround environment ?

Like I said, maybe its juts me....does anyone else feel the same ?

I'm having the same uneasy feeling about it. The Huge liner is big, but not Huge imo
