Weather report? 1.3 must of drowned it?
 

Seams like the search engine on the subsim site leaves a lot to be desired. I searched about 7 times and scoured Gizzmoe's *** List of Modifications *** (Updated May 27, 2007) and it seems it is gone from there also. ( although maybe it never was, or I misread it ? :oops: )

I'm talking about the mod where you can get a weather check ( ctrl + w ), what bearing a spotted ship is, how far it is to end of your waypoints, bearing of last warship, etc.

A few of my mods wound up in the drink ( lol ) after 1.3 patch which is no problem for I can reinstall them as I have saved many on disc but this one I guess I did not save and I can't find it on the forum.

Sure would appreciate it if someone would kindly steer me in the right direction. :yep:

Other than that 1.3 did pretty good. :rock:

Go into Data/Cfg/Commands.cfg file with notepad

Find the Cmd261 line and add the line as shown in bold to it.

[Cmd261]
Name=Report_weather
Ctxt=1
MnID=0x3F250006
Key0=0x57,c,"Ctrl+W"

Thanks Fearless as I've typed that in but what about the rest of the commands as next to "Weather" like:

Name=Report_time_to_course_end

[Cmd260]
Name=Report_depth_under_keel

And so on. There is a fix for these somewhere but I can not off hand think of the name or the Modder/Author.
