1.3 Improved orders panel and "green lamp mod"
 

In the 1.3 release notes it says they improved the orders panel? it doesnt look much different to me...

that being said, will the green lamp mod still work or does it need to be tweeked?

The yellow lights are a little brighter when you click the order button, that's about it.

I'll personally wait until Trigger Maru becomes 1.3 compatible...hopefully it won't be too long, and it had the improved green lamp mod.

I'd prefer to use just the green lamp myself. Not really a fan of a lot of the large mods as they tend to force a level of realism i'm not after.

Standalone Green Lamp Mod works, as well as Battle Stations and Silent Running on all Hud Stations.

At work so i'm researching until I can check it all out.

I was doing the same today at work :lol:, just started a career out of Pearl, they have done some nice things with it as far as sunken battleships, wrecks.

I haven't had time to install the patch yet and try it out but I'll have a look at it tonight. I remember in patch 1.2 they added a few buttons to the interface so using Battle Stations and Silent Running on all Hud Stations for 1.1 would take you back to the 1.1 interface.

If they haven't changed the buttons in patch 1.3 then the mod for 1.2 should work fine. Anyways like I said, I'll check this out tonight. Can't wait to try 1.3. :D

I tryed to run bs_silrun_all_menus
 

But I get an error message saying something is missing so I had to disable the mod. I guess I will have to wait until the guy makes it work for 1.3

I mean the game will load and operate after I acknoledge the error that pops up but something isn't jiving with it so I figured I would disable it until it is looked at. Because as soon as I disabled it and started the game back up all was fine so I retested it again and still got an error message so I know it is that mod.

Odd:hmm: As mentioned works fine with my set up. Maybe someone else can offer something here.

Well I just tried bs_silrun_all_menus 1.2 and it works just fine with SH4 1.3. The only file modified by this mod is OrdersBar.cfg and it seems that this file has not been modified by the patch 1.3.

Is it the only mod you have installed? What is the exact error message you get when you start SH4?

I have a few mods installed but this is the only one
 

that effects the ordersbar.cfg as far as I know anyways. ya I just took a look at the other mods and nothing goes near it most are just dds files for the hud and uniforms and so forth and a couple just for the sub it's self. So I have no clue.

Maybe I should just take a look and figure out what the changes are and put them in manualy just a pain looking at the mod and original and compairing each for the changes.
