Ipod All that glitters isn't Gold

0:7:30 PST

Just looking at news this morning about this new phone and heard about battery replacement fiasco.

I for one like many if not all on this forum HATE to see the consumer getting screwed.

Buyer Beware should become key words in our society as opposed to
"I just got the latest thing" .

Nobody was told about this battery thing. You can't replace the battery.
You have to send it in, and rent a phone from them @ $29.00 and if you don't make a backup all your info is lost as they wipe your phone.

And nobody was told this at purchase.

Thank Heaven I have a Razor.:D

Edit: I meant Iphone.

And I'll stick to my anti communication crusade! No cell phone, no carier pigeon, no nodda! ;) :D I have peace when I drive, and peace wherever I'm at, at any given point in time. The fishes have my last cell phone. :help:

Or how about a piece of string and a couple of tin cans? That always worked as a kid. ;)

I'll stick with my computer. I hate talking on any phone anyway! I can always type a note 'when I feel like'.
