U-27 is no more!:dead:

I was on my way back to wilhelmshaven, after a long and frustrating patrol when this convoy was reported. In spite of empty diesel-tanks i decided to attack them. The convoy was heavely guarded and two DD´s bombed the hell out of me. The boat was lost as fast as you can spell "Wasserbomben".

This was my first career and the Gameover-Screen was like a punch in my face!

But i will hunt again, and then sei vorsichtig Avalon!:rock:

I didnt now that they use ASDIC in February 1940.

They had it even before that but they weren't as trained in using it as in the late years of ww2.

You will also run into radar in 1940. The best way to fight in U boats is to be afraid, very afraid. :yep:
