Good news. I'm considering bookmarking those permalinks for use later, in case anyone decides to pull a Dubya and say the inspectors were kicked out by the regime because it was hiding WMDs (read the Downing Street Memo and Ritter's report if you believe they did).

What I worry about the most is that there will be no one there to take over when Kim Jong-Il dies.

That nut is the biggest direct threat to the United States. The spoiled rotten son of an absolute dictator. He's basically like Sadaam's sons were. I can only imagine what his kids are like.:nope:

You really have to hand it to Bush. I invaded a country looking for WMD's where there were none. A country that is not in range of the United States.

What some people don't understand at all, since their nation has been playing both sides of the road for decades, is that there's a cease fire agreement. That means either one of the two will have a Casus Belli against the other for any further aggression. Technically the US and even the UN is still at war with North Korea in a stalemate. It was the exact same with Iraq.

I wouldn't expect a neo-hippy to understand the situation but who knows? Miracles happen sometimes.

I think you're right. I had some friends who did the 13 Month Hardship Tour in Korea, and they said we are there as much to keep the South from attacking the North as keeping the North from attacking the South.
