Installing CAOTD
 

Hi there,
I found on our old computer an ZIP file (CAOTD.ZIP) containing these files:
SETUP.EXE
SETUP.HLP
SETUPL.DLL
EREGLIB.DLL
MIDIBASE.MID
MIDIEX.MID
SUB32.INI
LANGUAGE.INF
SIERRA.INF
CONFIG.DAT
SIMOUT.DAT
SIMIN.DAT
RESOURCE.CFG
RESOURCE.WIN
README.WRI
VOICEME.WRI
AODCD.EXE
SUB32.INI
<DIR> SAVE
<DIR> SIM
<DIR> SHELL
<DIR> SOUND
<DIR> IBMVOICE
<DIR> OLM

So i clicked the "setup.exe" to install CAOTD.
The (SIERA ON-LINE) installer started and checked my system.
everything was ok, so i clicked on continue, and then clicked
"Maximum Install (21 Mbytes)"

Now i can see a screen wich should copy the game files
(From: To: and a white bar that indicates the % of the job done)
But before it starts copying a file, it asks to put in "Disk 1"
now i have a choice A: or C: I cant select something else.
I have only the files out of the ZIP file.
how can i complete the instalation?
Or which files must i copy to a floppy?
