american ships off limits pre 41?

Maybe a dumb question, but when sinking an american ship pre dec 41, is it considered nuetral?

Even when American naval vessels blantantly violated their neutrality by escorting convoys part of the way and attacking U-boats, American ships were off limits 'til about 11 Dec 41. :nope:

Attacks on American vessels were forbidden under Hitlers orders. Guess he didnt want another incident like the Lucitiania

dang, i just torpedoed an american tanker. She didn't go down, but was smoking. WOnder if I still lose reknown.

Ur an enemy to the USA only for 24hrs then the USA is neutral again.

I think you can start going after them from mid December. IF you want to be safe, wait till Jan 1942 and let her rip!:arrgh!:
