New Countries in the Mission Editor?

I modded the DB inputting Israel as a country with several subs/ships/aircraft, but whenever I go to the Mission Editor to create a new mission, Israel (the country that I created) isn't listed as an option...

... has anyone else experienced this problem or knows a solution?:-?
