Did this ever happen to you?
 

I am currently playing a campaign starting in '41. My boat is a S-18 with no AA gun. My first patrol an airplane surprises me and catches me on the surface. During the attack the plane bursts into flames and crashes into the sea. Is it possible I have a crew member with the power of telekinesis?

I was supprised the other night while attacking a convoy when a ship exploded seemingly out of nowhere. I later sighted the allied aircraft dive bombing the convoy I was attacking.

[Damn kill stealers :D]

BTW next time you spot an aircraft in a S boat crash dive. Youll be shocked at how fast those little boats can dive.

Crash diving is my first is always my first option on a S-18. On this particular campaign I decided to go without SD radar and bank the renown.

It is possible that another plane shot it down, I was right off the coast of the Philippines in December of '41.

As to the question of renown, does anyone else go on the cheap with crew looking for bargains in recuits and developing them? I tend to save my renown for ship upgrades and crew members with special abilities. NOTE: I have not yest seen telekinesis on the list.

i've seen them dive, drop bomb then fly over explosion of bomb, get damaged and crash.. actually, i see it quite often
