But I've just parted with my £29.99.

From reading the forums it seems the general consensus is still a bit buggy, but liveable.

Moritifed that they would put in copy protection that would appear to everyone to make a buggy game....put me off for months!

I hope I've made the right decision.

Dredd, patch it, mod it, play it. those are your orders:D . the bugs that are left won't make SH4 unplayable in anyway, despite what some others may say against it

As long as your computer has enough to run the game, you will be just fine. Prepare yourself for some tweeking and playing around with graphics options to get the desire results. The game is definitly not a load and play. It only get this way after tweeking, etc. Other than that, you will like the game.

Playing with the Trigger Maru mod, plus a bunch of other mods, the game is very enjoyable.

Of course look into modding the game if you are so inclined. It can only make a good game better.
