[REL] Concrete Lite...

A revised "lite" version of my concrete textures mod for anyone worried about performance.

This "lite" version uses 16bit compressed TGAs (instead of 24bit uncompressed) and halves the texture resolution on the wall textures to 512**
The floor texture is still 1024** as it lost too much detail if the size was halved.

As a result the filesizes are now 768Kb for the wall textures and just under 2MB for the floor instead of 3Mb per file.

There is very little visual difference even with the half size textures (and they still look better than stock sh3).

The mod now includes the Harbor_kit.dat file (in the "additional" folder) with the new textures already packaged in it for folks who may not want to fill up their textures folder with tga files.

Very nice. Thanks.
Alhtough I have a low end system by modern standards I can safely say the normal non-light textures make no impact on performance except perhaps from loading time.
