That looks like the same texture that appears during stormy conditions, yes?

So you've basically just made the storm caps texture appear all the time instead of just during bad weather.

Is this correct?

I just did the same thing as i did in SH3 . Its like the devs have accommodated for my SH3 waves mod or something :hmm:

Any FPS hit with this one?

Not a problem for ny home bound "Uber Puter" but my KrapTop is only a P4 3.4 with a GeForce Go6800 and SHIV makes it cry already.....................

Just replaces a .dds with a diffrent one so i dont think there is any diffrence in frame rates .
