Can't send contact report
 

Hello fellow captains. I'm new to this sub command thing and i'm currently on my third patrol but for some odd reason when I make contact with a convoy I can't send that message out via the radio. I'm using RUB 1.45 as the mods. Any ideas? Thanks.

Well, first, while you can recieve radio messages underwater to about 20M deep, you must be on the surface to send any radio message, and your radio position must be maned. Second, contact must be visual, not just hydrophone.

also if you are unable to send a contact report yourself, try getting the radio man to send it - i have found that occasionally for some reason when i cant send contact reports - he can.

Hey thank you fellow captains I appreciate the information and the help. Now my next question is about the sub emblems. Are they available at any time or only at a certain time? I would like to add one to my sub but nothing is coming up yet at my sub base when I dock. Thanks again.

Emblems should be available at base in the U-boat section and extras (Besonderes )subsection.

A new community project will become public any day now, there you can send your contacts reports to for all to see ;)

You need to have at least 1500 renown to add an emblem to your sub also.
