Doing donuts underwater

Have noticed lately that if I am following a set course and I am underwater, each time it reaches a waypoint, instead of changing course, it spins in circles repeatedly on that waypoint. The only way around it is to clear that way point and it resumes its course.

Anyone else had this problem? Have only noticed it at TC 512 and up.

Yes. It's usually the result of having two successive waypoints too close together. Spread them out a little and it should alleviate this problem.

Thanks. Will test it tonight when I get home from GWX depriving work.

waypoint gets reached once oyu're within 100 meters, then it jumps to the next one...

If you're below 100m under water it'll never be reached and you keep circling, waypoints are always on the surface

And here I was thinking I was free of Benard for a while. Must have picked him up in the med.

Thanks for that info, I've thought of much but not that. Had that happen more than once while I was down at over 200m in my IXD2
