Hello Kaleuns. How can you create a custom ensigna for your boat?

Hello there:
Just a couple of observations:
1.- Your emblems can be any size, just make sure they are perfect squares: 64x64, 128x128, 256x256, etc (in pixels).
2.- They have to be in .tga format, otherwise SH3 won't recognize them.
3.- Try to make the background color (area surrounding the image) to be as dark as you can. (dark blue, brown, purple, black).

One question, is there an option via maybe SH3 Cmdr that lets you choose emblems from the very beginning of without completing your first patrol?

SH3 Cmdr allows you to choose so much....emblems are not included....do not choose an emblem until you have completed one patrol :arrgh!:

Yes. But it's not an option though, it's actually built in.

It's also built into GWX.

Using either allows you to choose an emblem in SH3 as soon as you start a new career.

@JScones. Would that feature be possible to port over to SH4 do you think?.
I haven't really looked at it as such, but been playing with the idea...

:hmm: Not sure. If it helps though, the settings that allow it are under [RENOWN] in Basic.cfg:

FirstRankRenown=100
SecondRankRenown=350

I guess this could be a cool mod project though.
