FYI SHIII Community Manual NEWS
 

I am pleased to announce I have been able to restore the last good SQL dump file for the SHiii community manual. :yep:

It was a hair pulling thing, at least for me it was. Stirr in a crash course on MySQL, myphpadmin, mediawiki and cPanel. The good thing is it would appear all that information including the images seem to be in order. I felt it was worth saving that, a great value for us including the time in edits it took to aquire what the manual had become.

Anyhow I'll be moving the rest of the site to the new host and switching nameservers around the end of the month. There's just a little work to do yet to clean it up before it goes live again. I am also working with the former admin on proper adimistration, user edits & maintenance. From there I am looking forward to presenting the SHIII community with a solid resource.

The manual is in read-only mode for a few more days while another sysop and I clean it up. So that means no new user accounts untill then. The index will post updates and there is of course a page for recent changes also available in rss.

It needs plenty of updates my freinds. There may also be an additional SHIII theme added to it in the future.
