SH3Commander and GWX

The GWX manual states I need additional files to run SH3Commander. Looks like the latter has been updated. Are these files no longer necessary?

The GWX 1.02+ Cfg files for SH3 Commander are still necessary.
The newest Sh3Cmdr is at version 2.7.0.130 as far as I am aware of.
