UPDATE AVAILABLE - MAY-29-2007

I´ve decided to convert my floating debris mod from SHIII to match SHIV.

included units:
  • wooden barrel
  • oildrum
  • 3 wooden crates
  • lifebelt
  • floating mine (still dud)
  • tiny test mission without any objectives is included.
  • enable via JSGME
  • detailed installation instruction included
  • use with mission editor
None if these units will spawn automatically ingame. You have to incorporate them via mission editor.

UPDATE: MAY-29-2007:
V1.2.01 available
+"ship spotted" messages removed for debris units
+map entries removed for debris units

nice idea, but the mine is drifting. So after a few minutes/hours the positions of mine and minfield will no longer match each other. Have you checked this out after some time compression runs? I´m still after a solution to make them explode. But atm it seems as if the needed controller is bound to static objects by hardcode. I tried to make the stock mines visible above the water, as I did for SHIII. But unfortunately it doesn´t work out the same way.

Any chance of getting this MOD to work in Career mode? I'd love to see the debris without creating a mission.
