[REQ] S-18 Speed correction
 

im trying out some missions i made for S-18
i noticed that the surfaced speed is a bit lower than historical values
they would be capable of at least 14.5 knots and mine doenst go beyond 11.5 or 12 knots.
NO ...its not reloading bateries and the sea is calm ... im following a bunch of small passanges ships that are going 12 knots ...im falling behind !!!

can someone fix this so it can be installed via jgsme ? i dont know if the speeds of the other submarines are correct or not , so if allready is a mod for this please feel free to point me the way

anyway

i remenber a small program that allowed to change the depth and speed for the u-boats in sh3 , we could also change the periscope depth value and some other things .

anyone knows if this will work in sh4 ?

You can do all this using the "minitweaker" from "timetraveler" with the "tweakfiles" from "nvdrifter" i guess.
